Teams Setup

Sonomos Teams lets administrators enforce PII detection and masking policies across their organization with real-time member analytics.

Getting started with Teams

  1. Sign up for a Teams plan at my.sonomos.ai — select the Teams tier during onboarding or upgrade from an existing plan.

  2. Invite team members — from the Teams dashboard, enter email addresses for your team. Each member receives an invitation to install the Sonomos extension and link it to your organization.

  3. Configure policies — set organization-wide defaults for Cloak, Send Guard, and detection sensitivity.

  4. Monitor activity — view real-time analytics showing detection events, masking actions, and compliance status across your team.

Admin policy controls

As a Teams admin, you can enforce the following:

  • Mandatory Cloak — require Cloak to be enabled on specified platforms (members cannot disable)
  • Send Guard mode — set minimum Send Guard level (e.g., block members from disabling modal mode)
  • Detection sensitivity — configure which detector categories are active
  • Report delivery — schedule automatic compliance report delivery to designated recipients

Teams uses graduated volume pricing starting at $4.99/seat/month, with incremental discounts as your team grows:

Managing members

From the Teams dashboard you can:

  • View active members and their extension status
  • Revoke access for departed employees
  • View per-member detection and masking statistics
