We read every message. Here’s the fastest way to get to the right person.

Most issues

For day-to-day support — questions, bug reports, feature requests — the fastest channels are:

  • In-product feedback — every Sonomos product has a Send Feedback action. In the browser extension, click the toolbar icon → Send Feedback. Reports arrive in our team inbox tagged with your account, browser, and OS, which means we can usually skip the back-and-forth.
  • Emailinfo@sonomos.ai. Useful when you can’t get into the extension (e.g. the popup won’t open) or when your report is too long for the in-product form. Please include the product name (browser extension, Canary, or Sonomos Desktop), the version, and what you were doing when the issue happened.

Browser extension

  • Send Feedback in the extension popup is the preferred path.

Canary (Claude Code plugin)

Canary is open source. The fastest channels are:

  • GitHub Issuesgithub.com/sonomos-ai/Canary/issues. Use this for bugs, feature requests, and discussion.
  • Pull requests are welcome. The codebase is small (a few hundred lines of Bash and Python).
  • Security-sensitive reports — see “Security disclosures” below.

Sonomos Desktop (coming soon)

  • Join the beta list — email info@sonomos.ai with subject line “Desktop beta”.
  • Influence the roadmap — the apps and workflows you tell us about, especially in the extension’s Send Feedback form, directly shape what we prioritize.

Billing & account

For subscription, billing, or account questions:

  • Manage your subscription at my.sonomos.ai (Settings → Billing).
  • Email info@sonomos.ai for invoices, plan changes, refunds, or questions about the Teams pricing tiers.

Sales & Teams plans

  • For Teams plan inquiries, annual quotes, or volume discounts above Tier 5 (100+ seats), email info@sonomos.ai. Include rough seat count and timeframe.
  • For HIPAA / compliance walk-throughs with your security team — happy to do this under NDA. Same email.

Security disclosures

If you believe you’ve found a security issue in any Sonomos product:

  • Email info@sonomos.ai with subject line “Security disclosure”.
  • Please don’t open a public GitHub issue for a security-sensitive bug. Use email instead so we can coordinate disclosure.
  • We’ll acknowledge within 1 business day and keep you updated through resolution.

What to include in a bug report

The faster you give us this, the faster we can help:

  1. Product and version (e.g. “Browser extension v1.5”, “Canary v1.3.0”, “Sonomos Desktop beta build #12”).
  2. Browser / OS (e.g. “Chrome 126 on macOS 15.0”).
  3. What you were doing when the issue happened.
  4. What you expected vs. what happened.
  5. A screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
  6. Whether the issue is reproducible — every time, sometimes, once.

Do not include real PII in screenshots or recordings — use fake / example values instead.
